Aquasust Septic Tank
A septic tank refers to a small-scale treatment facility that separates and settles domestic wastewater while anaerobically digesting sludge.
Aquasust integrated septic tank optimizes and improves upon traditional septic tanks by facilitating the decomposition of solid matter at the tank's bottom, the upper layer of organic material enters the pipes to prevent blockages, allowing solid waste (such as feces and other debris) sufficient time for hydrolysis.

Product Structure and Operating Process

Structure
Operating Process:
The primary anaerobic chamber serves to accept fresh feces, anaerobically ferment, decompose, and separate the layers, consisting of top scum, middle liquid, and
bottom sludge. It also captures and settles parasitic eggs.
The secondary anaerobic chamber continues to capture and settle parasitic eggs, facilitates deeper anaerobic fermentation, and increases the concentration of free ammonia.
The disinfection and egg-killing clarification tank primarily serves the purpose of clarification, ensuring that the discharged wastewater is environmentally safe.
Domestic wastewater enters the septic tank through the upper inlet, settling within the tank. As the wastewater flows through the baffles in the septic tank and is treated using the principles of septic tank theory, and filtration, it extends the retention time in the tank. The contact and degradation time between the wastewater and settled sludge are prolonged, and the wastewater comes into contact with the microorganisms in the filter. The organic pollutants in the wastewater are biologically broken down and digested, effectively achieving the purification and treatment of the wastewater.

Internal Structure |
| 14 vertical columns for three-dimensional support, providinggreater sta bility and resistance tocollapsing | Unsupported structure, proneto collapsing |
| Load-bearing Capacity | |
| Square structure with load-bearingfeet extending outwards, offeringstronger weight-bearing capacityand suitability for deep burial. | Circular structure with relativelyweaker load-bearing capacity, unsuitable for deep burial |
| Load-bearing Capacity | |
| Sector-shaped baffles, the greaterthe pressure, the tighter the seal, and less susceptible to deformation | lt's just a round baffle and canbe easily squeezed and deformed. |
| Sealing Performance | |
| A sealing groove with a tongue-and-groove configuration is addedbetween the top cover and the lowerbody, and the top cover is surroundedby an extended edge that envelops thelower body's perimeter, preventingwater leakage and seepage | Soft baffles connected byadhesion to the main body, highly susceptible to waterleakage and deformation |
