3.PP Material Buckle
Aquasust's PP Tube Diffuser not only features a PP pipe but also a PP buckle, which brings the following three main advantages:
(1) Compared to the traditional ABS buckle, the PP buckle utilizes more material and has a thicker construction. This results in the PP buckle being more than twice as strong as the ABS buckle.
(2) The PP buckle does not require nuts and nails for installation, making it more convenient and eliminating the risk of metal rust and corrosion.
(3) PP material exhibits superior heat resistance and durability compared to ABS material.
These advantages extend the lifespan of the PP buckle to 5-10 years, far surpassing that of ABS buckles, effectively addressing the issue of easily damaged components in aeration tubes.
4.Integrated Tube Diffuser
Aquasust's PP aeration tube not only features PP pipe and buckle, but also utilizes the heat welding method to seamlessly integrate the pipe and buckle into a single unit.
(3) Traditional ABS tube diffsuer with screw buckles cannot guarantee uniform aeration direction for each tube. Especially, many aeration tube membranes on the market are single-sided perforated, leading to further aeration direction deviations and insufficient aeration.
In contrast, the PP tube diffuser, being one-piece, ensure consistent aeration direction during the production process. This results in more even and thorough aeration, covering up to 2/3 of the membrane surface.
(4) Traditional ABS tube diffusers require folding a portion of the membrane at the port for fixation, while PP tube diffusers do not. This means that with the same membrane parameters, the PP tube diffuser actually achieves higher aeration efficiency.
