Chemical fillers and what are the commonly used fillers in the chemical industry

Fillers, also known as fillers, refer to solid materials used to improve the work performance of fillers (5 sheets), mechanical properties of products and (or) reduce costs. Among them, fillers that can significantly increase the strength of products, such as long fibers and whiskers, are often referred to as reinforcing materials, and carbon black is referred to as reinforcing fillers. Pharmaceutical tablets, cosmetics and detergents often add solid materials and calcium carbonate as fillers, but their purpose is to adjust the dosage and concentration rather than improve performance, so it should be called a diluent. Although plastic plasticizers, rubber oil-extended and spinning oils can improve performance and affect costs, these liquid materials are traditionally regarded as processing aids.

There are many types of packing. According to different packing methods, they can be divided into bulk packing and structured packing.

1. Bulk Packing

Bulk packing is a granular body with a certain geometric shape and size, which is generally stacked in a tower in a random manner, also known as random packing or granular packing. Bulk packing can be divided into ring packing, saddle packing, ring saddle packing and spherical packing according to different structural characteristics.

2. Structured packing

Structured packing is a packing arranged in a certain geometric configuration and neatly stacked. There are many types of structured packing, which can be divided into grid packing, corrugated packing, pulse packing, etc. according to their geometric structure.
