When Installing The Inclined Pipe Packing, It Needs To Be Replaced Immediately When It Is Found To Be Deformed

Inclined tube packing is to use the useful volume under certain conditions, adding the accumulation area can improve the removal rate, make the multilayer sedimentation bottom plate a certain inclination, and divide it horizontally to form a tube (rectangular or hexagonal). The horizontal plane is at an angle of 60°, placed in the sediment, the water moves from bottom to top, and the particles sink to the bottom of the inclined pipe. When the particles accumulate to a certain level, they will actively slide down, so that the solid particles in the sewage can be accumulated in the reservation When the upper part of the inclined pipe appears green, it must be removed in time. It is usually eliminated by adding copper sulfate in a short time, the dosage is (0.16-0.17)x10-6, and the duration is 5-10d; perhaps it is eliminated by adding the raw water for a short time and injecting chlorine. The growing green on the top of the inclined pipe can be removed with a fire faucet at a pressure of 100kPa, and the pressure should not be too high. Regularly flush the sludge in the hole of the inclined pipe.

In addition to meeting the requirements of the angle of rotation (that is, the commonly used is equal to or greater than 90), the direction of placing the inclined tube filler should be parallel to the larger of the length and width of the tank. In this way, the total area of the inclined pipes that can be installed per unit area is larger. Because there is always a certain length that cannot be used at the end of the inclined pipe, the useless area can be minimized by the device in the above direction.

When the inclined tube packing should be placed close to each other between the inclined tube components, there should be no gaps in the front, back, left, or right. It is common for some pools to have a gap of several centimeters or even ten centimeters between rows after the inclined pipe installation is completed. This phenomenon is very harmful. First of all, the water from these crevices does not pass through the inclined pipes with better hydraulic conditions, and the trapped flocs are not easy to settle down, which will affect the quality of the sedimented water. Secondly, the inclined tube is formed by sequentially bonding pressed plastic sheets at a 60 inclination angle. After a certain period of use, the plastic sheets will lose their elasticity and become soft, because each piece of the bonded inclined tube is sequentially facing the previous one. There is a certain pressure. After the plastic becomes soft, when there are gaps on both sides of the inclined tube, the inclined tube is extended to both sides. The hole pattern of the inclined tube changes from the original regular hexagon to the flat hexagon. Together, the inclined tube is filled. The inclination angle of the oblique tube gradually decreases. The smaller the inclination angle, the greater the pressure of each piece of the oblique tube on the previous piece in sequence, and the flattened the hexagonal shape will gradually cause mud accumulation in the oblique tube. Circulation will cause the inclined tube to fall down, and production needs to be stopped and replaced with a new one.
