1. The applicable water temperature of the inclined tube packing of the sedimentation tank is 5℃~40℃. Within the suitable water temperature range, the material will be very strong and will not be deformed, but if it is lower than 5 degrees, the inclined tube packing will The hardness will increase and the impact resistance will become worse. It is necessary to choose materials with anti-cold brittleness additives.

2. If it is in an outdoor environment exposed to sunlight, the inclined tube filler will cause aging due to ultraviolet rays, resulting in a decrease in strength. It is necessary to choose weather-resistant and anti-aging products.

3. When the inclined pipe filler of the sedimentation tank is used for film coating, it is generally necessary to inoculate a part of activated sludge into the tank, or appropriately increase the nutrient content of the water body to speed up the film coating speed. Under the condition of 18℃~20℃, 1%~2% of the total volume of the contact oxidation tank can be inoculated with activated sludge for bacterial culture. After 1d of boring exposure at the beginning of operation, the water will gradually enter the operation. In the first 5~7d, the air volume needs to be controlled at about 1/2, so that the microorganisms can sit on the bed well on the surface of the three-dimensional network filler, and adhere and multiply. The naked eye can see that there is white bacterial clusters on the surface of the filler. Attached, at this time, you can aerate as normal.

If high-intensity aeration is used from the beginning, the adhesion and proliferation of biofilm will be slowed down, and a longer stabilization time will be required.

4. If the amount of biofilm is too large or the SS is attached to the biofilm, and the filler of the inclined pipe of the sedimentation tank is blocked, just use pressure water (P: 0.3Mpa) to flush the center hole, and quickly Can be cleared.
