Precautions for use:
1. Choose the appropriate project cellular tube deck media specifications.
2. Goods try to avoid high temperature, prevent long time sunlight exposure.
3. According to the plate settlers installation requirements, angle installation tube settler clarifier, to ensure the quality of installation; (steel frame preparation, dredging, and other owners to take care of)
4. The installation of the pp/PVC tube settler into the water, sedimentation tank repair water release to control the speed of water intake and release.
5. According to the project sewage mud situation reasonable regular mud discharge, and regular cleaning of the sedimentation tank.
6. The sedimentation tank maintenance before clearing the pool, to promptly clean up the hanging mud on the discharge of the lamella tube settler clarifier, to prevent the release of water after the mud collapse of the tube settler media installation.
7. Stop pool maintenance and cleaning period to avoid heavy objects crushing lamella plate settler, avoid prolonged sun exposure, winter plate and tube settlers easy to embrittlement, sedimentation tank winter maintenance and cleaning to reasonably develop maintenance time, using the corresponding finished product protection measures.
8. The temperature of the inlet water, and PH value should be regularly tested to avoid the lamella tube settler working in the abnormal working range.
