Sewage treatment in the sedimentation tank contains more sludge, the vast majority of organic matter, such as not timely discharge of mud, will produce anaerobic fermentation, resulting in sludge floating, not only destroying the normal work of the sedimentation tank, and the deterioration of the water quality, such as dissolved BOD value rise; PH drops and so on.
1. The sludge discharge cycle of the initial sedimentation tank should not exceed 2 days,
2. The sludge discharge cycle of the secondary sedimentation tank should not exceed 2 hours.
When the sludge discharge is not complete, the tank should be stopped (emptied) and the mud should be cleaned by manual washing
3. Clean up at least once a year, Empty the water in the tank, exposing the tube settles, flush down with high-pressure water pumping, and wash away the mud.
