1. Site preparation
Ø Prepare the power supply and cables for ironing;
Ø Prepare two 200W electric soldering iron;
Ø Operators and guardians are in place;
Ø After the oblique tube settler is ironed, it will take up a lot of space due to its huge volume. Reserve a stacking site in advance.
2. Welding Methods
(1) Open the packing of the tube settlers sheet, put the first sheet flat on the ground, take the second sheet on top of the first piece of filler, check the incision of the block, it must ensure 60 angles, and is hexagonal honeycomb, after checking is correct, start to iron the bonding point;
(2) In the hexagonal honeycomb both ends of all the plane joints must be connected, both sides of the two pieces of plane seam require frequency connection of more than four points, in the middle of the two pieces of slant sheet requires welding more than four points, to ensure that the welding solid;
(3) Pay attention to the rhythm of operation when hot jointing, control the temperature, hot jointing points shall not be omitted;
(4) Each block as a separate ironing unit, ironing completed in the field - neatly stacked:

(4) There must be no flammable items on the ironing site, and there must be fire-fighting facilities present;
(5) If there is an accident, report it in time, and call the police in time for an emergency.
