1. Install mud discharge pipe at the bottom of the sedimentation tank
The installation sequence of the inclined pipe sedimentation tank generally starts from the bottom, and the installation of the mud drainage pipe system at the bottom should be completed first. Ensure that the opening of the mud drainage pipe meets the design requirements and is fixed firmly. After checking without error, the next installation procedure is allowed.
2. Complete the installation of packing bracket
According to the steding diagram of the filler bracket installation of the inclined tube sedimentation tank, the filler bracket shall be installed in place first and the inclined plate filler shall be checked that the strength of the fixed bracket of all welded joints is enough to bear the weight of the filler, and the anti-corrosion treatment shall be completed on the surface of the bracket.
3. Complete the ironing of the inclined tube filler
According to the ironing method of the inclined tube packing, each inclined tube packing is packaged as a separate ironing unit. The amount of the inclined tube packing and one unit after ironing is 1m2. After ironing, the packing shall be piled up neatly on the field (a small amount of loose pieces shall be reserved for future use).

Since the proportion of inclined tube packing is 0.92, slightly less than water, after the inclined tube packing is assembled in place in the tank, 10mm round steel should be pulled above the packing from left to right for reinforcement (two round steel should pass through the upper part of each unit packing). The inclined plate packing and both ends of round steel should be fixed reliably on the sedimentation tank wall. After the installation of round steel can be very good to prevent the inclined tube filling in the early use of loose floating phenomenon may occur, round steel with epoxy, coal asphalt anti-corrosion.
6. Run and debug the inclined tube sedimentation tank
(1) Check whether the water is even, and do not impact the sedimentation tank and affect the precipitation effect; (2) Adjust the height and levelness of the outlet weir groove to the appropriate level to keep the outlet water uniform; Inclined tube packing;
(3) After the above construction process, the installation of filler for inclined pipe settling tank has been completed. After normal use, it is necessary to determine the sludge discharge period according to the concentration of floating objects in the water, and pay attention to the timely discharge of mud to ensure that the inclined tube sedimentation tank always maintains a good operation state and satisfactory effluent quality.
