How to install and debug disc diffuser?

 

The porous diffuser is a typical type of microbubble air diffusion device, which is tightly covered by a support frame, a one-way valve, a one-way valve sealing ring, and a sealing cable. It is composed of an O-shaped sealing ring, threaded interface, saddle frame, and other parts. The bubble diameter is less than 2mm, and the oxygen utilization rate is high. It is often installed in an assembled form and is widely used in biochemical oxidation tanks and air flotation tanks in wastewater treatment processes.

The aeration membrane of the fine bubble diffuser adopts an imported EPDM or silica gel aeration membrane. The O-ring at the joint between the aeration head and the thread adopts EPDM rubber and fluorine rubber.

In order to prevent heavy objects such as concrete from damaging the aeration device during other operations such as electric welding sparks and civil construction, the microporous aeration pan must be installed after the civil construction is completed before the water is discharged. The aeration diffusers need to be done strictly in accordance with the following installation process:

1. The installation of disc diffuser should be deployed in accordance with the requirements of the system plate and installation drawings.

 

2. The bottom of the aeration branch pipe is about 180-200MM from the bottom of the pool (or as required by the drawing), and the allowable plane height deviation is ±10MM.

 

3. The distance between the surface of the wastewater air diffuser and the bottom of the pool is about 230-250MM (or as required by the drawing), and the plate deviation between the chassis and the bottom line of the tube after the pond bottom diffuser is installed does not exceed 5MM.

 

4. Before installing the microbubble diffuser, the air main pipe and branch pipe should be purged clean.

 

5. The solid support of the air branch pipe of the microporous aeration plate should be adjustable. After mediation, the maximum deviation of the fine bubble disc diffuser elevation in the unified aeration tank should not be greater than 5MM, and the maximum deviation of the disc diffuser aerator elevation between the two aeration tanks should not be greater than 10MM or as required by the plan.

 

6. The solid support of the air branch pipe of the diffuser fine bubble should have sufficient anchoring force. The anchoring to the bottom of the pool should be designed to be buoyant.

 

7. Each aeration unit is equipped with an independent sewage pipeline, which extends out of the water and is equipped with a valve.

The support frame, one-way valve, sealing cable tight cover, threaded interface, and saddle frame of the aeration disc are made of engineering ABS. Also, need to pay attention to the following issues during construction:

1. The special adhesive provided by the supplier or purchased according to the supplier's requirements must be used to bond the pipe fittings.

 

2. Keep the bonding surface clean, and it is strictly forbidden to bond under rain or wet conditions.

 

3. Do not use dirty brushes or brushes with different materials for bonding operation.

 

4. Do not use dirty or oily cotton yarn to wipe the joints of the pipes and fittings.

 

5. Do not operate near the fire source or in a place with open flames.

 

6. During the construction process, attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the inside of the pipeline to avoid the entry of debris.

 

7. It is strictly forbidden to enter the water within 24 hours after the pipes are bonded. When the air humidity is high, the time should be prolonged appropriately.

In order to prevent the leakage of pipes and connections, it is necessary to debug the microporous aeration plate. The main reason is to test the leakage at a depth of about 10cm above the bottom of the aerator. If there is any leakage in the pipe connection, it should be eliminated in time, and then formally put into operation. transport. The detailed steps are as follows:

 

1. Put purified water in the pool, the water surface to the surface of the microporous aerator is about 100-200mm, and the blower ventilates.

 

2. When the water is discharged until most of the aeration diffuser types are swallowed, check whether the height of the disc air diffuser is on a flat surface, and adjust the aerator.

 

3. Check the airtightness of all the pipe connections and the connection of the microporous aerator to see if there is any air leakage.

 

4. Under the condition of the planned air volume, check whether the aeration can be evenly distributed, and the air-permeable area of each disc diffuser aerator is greater than 80%.
