Tube settlers made of lightweight PVC are easily supported with minimal structures, often incorporating the effluent trough supports. They come in various module sizes and tube lengths to accommodate different tank geometries. Custom design and engineering services are also available.
However, it's important to note that thin plastic sheet tube settlers require an additional protective walkway to prevent surface damages. Pressure washers can also cause surface damages, so it is recommended to clean thin sheet tube settlers with a hose on a regular basis.
