Installation of honeycomb inclined tube settler media
1. Install mud discharge pipe at the bottom of the sedimentation tank
The installation sequence of the inclined pipe sedimentation tank generally starts from the bottom, and the installation of the mud drainage pipe system at the bottom should be completed first. Ensure that the opening of the mud drainage pipe meets the design requirements and is fixed firmly. After checking without error, the next installation procedure is allowed.
2. Complete the installation of packing bracket
According to the steding diagram of the filler bracket installation of the inclined tube sedimentation tank, the filler bracket shall be installed in place first and the inclined plate filler shall be checked that the strength of the fixed bracket of all welded joints is enough to bear the weight of the filler, and the anti-corrosion treatment shall be completed on the surface of the bracket.
