Aerated bed reactor (FAB) media for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment.
The FAB system is essentially a mixed reactor with attached growth and suspension growth at the same time. It has good denitrification and phosphorus removal effects and is widely used in industrial wastewater treatment and urban sewage treatment.
Main Process:
The wastewater passes through the suspension medium of the K3 MBBR Media reactor, and a biofilm is gradually formed on the surface of the medium. Under the action of microorganisms on the biofilm, the wastewater is purified. With the mixing of water, the medium can move freely in the reactor; for aerobic reactors, aeration will move the medium; for anaerobic reactors, mechanical mixing will move the medium. Our MBBR medium is a newly developed medium of MBBR process, which has better processing effect than traditional medium.
