They should be used in preference to non-corrosive or low-corrosive materials; stainless steel fillers have strong corrosion resistance and are generally resistant to the corrosion of rare materials other than Cl-, but their The cost is high, and the surface wettability is poor. Some special places (such as the vacuum rectification process under very low spray density) need to be treated to the surface to achieve good results; titanium, special alloys Fillers made of steel and other materials are expensive and generally only used in certain highly corrosive materials. Generally speaking, metal fillers can be made into thin-walled structures, with large flux, low gas resistance, and high impact resistance. They can be used under high temperature, high pressure, and high impact strength, and have a wide range of applications.


3. Plastic filler The material of plastic filler mainly includes polypropylene (PP polyethylene (PE and polyvinyl chloride (PVC, etc., etc.), polypropylene is generally used. Plastic filler has good corrosion resistance and can withstand general inorganic acids and alkalis. Corrosion with organic solvents. It has good temperature resistance and can be used below 100°C for a long time. Plastic fillers are light, inexpensive, have good toughness, impact resistance, are not fragile, and can be made into thin-walled structures. Large flux , Pressure reduction, mostly used in absorption, desorption, extraction, dust removal and other devices. The disadvantage of plastic filler is poor surface wetting performance, but it can be improved by proper surface treatment.
