During the debugging and operation of the sludge dewatering machine, some faults are inevitable. For novices, it is necessary to clarify the cause of the fault and make timely adjustments to avoid the loss of the sludge dewatering machine and improve the working efficiency of the sludge dewatering machine. The following is an analysis of the common troubleshooting methods for the sludge dewatering machine.
Common fault 1: The main drive motor has the wrong direction. Turn off the power switch in the auxiliary electric control cabinet in time, swap the red and black positions of the motor power line corresponding to the reverse direction, and confirm the correct direction after power on.

Common fault 2: Sludge blockage. Slight blockage, reverse to turn out the sludge inside. Severe blockage requires dismantling for repair, cleaning to remove impurities or other maintenance.
Common fault 3: The spindle does not rotate. It may be blocked, and it can be handled according to the second item. It may also be a motor problem, and personnel should be arranged to check or replace the motor.
Common fault 4: Abnormal noise. Contact the manufacturer to solve it.
Common fault 5: Mud leakage. Common preventive measures: Regularly replace the shaft or use a shaft with a high alloy electrode coating. Such a shaft can be repeatedly welded with a wear-resistant layer at a lower cost.
Common fault 6: The mud output is very thin. Check the flocculation situation, check whether the feed concentration is too high, and whether the back pressure plate is not installed properly.
