The Design points of AquaSust Used Lamella Clarifier
1) Applicable water quality: turbidity <1000 degrees
2) Liquid surface load in sedimentation zone: 9.0~11.0m3/m2·h
3) Inclined pipe diameter 25~35mm (regular hexagon), oblique length 1.0m, angle of inclination 60o, material: non-toxic polypropylene with a thickness of about 0.4~0.5mm.
4) The height of the clear water area is >1.0m, and the height of the bottom water distribution area is >1.5m. The outlet of the flocculation tank should generally consider rectification measures.
5) A spoiler should be installed at the gap between the pool wall and the inclined plate to prevent water flow from short-circuiting. The edge of the inclined plate should be installed inclined to the water inlet end of the pool.
6) The water inlet method generally adopts perforated wall rectification to distribute water, and the water outlet method generally uses multi-channel water outlet. Several parallel outlet weirs and water collection troughs are added on the pool surface to improve the water quality and increase the water output.
7) The inclined plate (tube) sedimentation tank generally uses gravity to drain mud. Discharge mud at least 1~2 times a day, or discharge mud continuously.
