Lamella Plate Media/tube settlers/flat settler consists of a series of inclined plates or grooves. These inclined plates or channels provide a large effective surface area and a small footprint. Therefore, compared with the traditional sedimentation tank, the tank with a flat plate separator is much smaller. The increased surface area shortens the particle settling path and settling time. An important factor in selecting the appropriate type of settler is the structural load requirements. Run and Debug the Inclined Tube Sedimentation Tank
 

1. Check whether the water is even, and does not impact the tube settlers sedimentation tank and affect the precipitation effect;

2. Adjust the height and levelness of the outlet weir groove to an appropriate level to keep the outlet water uniform;

3. After the above construction process, the installation of the tube settling tank has been completed. After normal use, it is necessary to determine the sludge discharge period according to the concentration of suspended matter in the water, and pay attention to the timely discharge of mud to ensure that the tube settler sedimentation tank always maintains a good operation state and satisfactory effluent quality.
