Product Description

lamella tube setler increase the settling capacity of circular clarifiers and/or rectangular sedimentation basins by reducing thevertical distance. The floc particles would settle before agglomerating to form larger particles. The settlers use multiple tubulalchannels sloped at an angle of 60" and adjacent to each other, which combine to form an increased effective settling area. Thisprovides for a particle settling depth that is significantly less than the settling depth of a conventional clarifier, reducing settlinctimes. Tube setlers capture the settleable fine floc that escapes the clarification zone beneath the tube settlers and allows thelarger floc to travel to the tank bottom in a more settleable form. The setler's channel collects solids into a compact masswhich promotes the solids to slide down the tube channel.

Tube Settler Can be Made into PP and PVC Material

PP material Tube Settler is food grade, it can be blue and white color.

PVC material can be blue and black color.

Both of PP and PVC material can add UV protection.

Principle of inclined tube sedimentation tank：

According to the principle of shallow pond, under the condition of certain effective volume of sedimentation tank. The larger the area of the sedimentation tank, the higher the sedimentation efficiency of the sedimentation tank, which has nothing to do with the sedimentation time; the shallower the sedimentation tank, the shorter the sedimentation time. The sedimentation zone of the inclined tube packed sedimentation tank is divided into thin layers by a series of parallel inclined plates or tubes, which embodies the principle of shallow pools.
