a) Choose the proper operation mode according to different situation. Under the automatic operation mode, reasonable start-and-stop time should be set according to relative requirements.
b) Adjust the height of the volume adjusting tube according to different sludge concentration. Rotate downwards for high-concentrated sludge and rotate upwards for slow-concentrated sludge.
c) Feeding excess sludge into the machine will cause bad consequences and influent the normal operation of the machine for too much sludge leaving in the thickening zone.
d) To ensure the service life and working performance, any large solid matters like wood bricks, metals are not allowed to enter into the pumps and the dewatering bodies.
e) During washing the machine manually, no water should be splashed to the electrical apparatus elements like the motors and electric cabinets.
