During the operation of the equipment, the sludge moves towards the discharge port from the feeding port after entering the filter tube to the screw spindle rotating plate. As the screw pitch between the screw spindle rotating plates decreases gradually, the pressure on the sludge also increases, and the sludge begins to dehydrate under the effect of pressure difference, and the water flows out from the filtering gap between the fixed ring and the movable ring, At the same time, the equipment relies on the self-cleaning function between the fixed plate and the movable plate to clean the filter gap to prevent clogging of the sludge cake. After full dehydration, the sludge cake is discharged from the feed port under the promotion of the spiral shaft.
