Tank installation:
Install a trough or basin to accommodate a stacked tube settler or stacked tube clarifier. Water tanks should be constructed of materials suitable for water treatment applications and should be waterproof.
Water inlet and outlet connections:
Connect the water inlet and outlet pipes of the water tank. Make sure the connections are watertight to prevent leaks.
Immersed tube plate or immersed tube assembly:
Assemble a lamella immerser or lamella clarifier using immersed tube plates, immersed tube sheets, or immersed tube media according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Make sure the ramp or tube is securely fastened in the correct direction.
Install in the clarifier:
Place the assembled lamella tube settler or lamella clarifier into the water tank. Install the tubes or plates should face the incoming water flow.

Fixation and Support:

Secure the lamella tube settler or lamella clarifier in place. Depending on the design, this may involve securing the unit to the tank walls or using support structures.

Connection to Water Source:

Connect the water source to the lamella tube settler or lamella clarifier. Ensure that the water flows evenly over the inclined plates.
Sludge Removal System:

If applicable, install a sludge removal system at the bottom of the tank to periodically remove accumulated sludge.
Testing and Adjustment:

Once the lamella tube settler or lamella clarifier is installed, test the system to ensure proper functioning.
Make any necessary adjustments to the flow rate, inlet/outlet configurations, or other parameters based on the performance and design specifications.
Regular Maintenance:
