Therefore, a wedge-shaped pre-pressing dewatering section is added between the pressing dewateringsection and the gravity dewatering section of sludge, and the sludge is dewatered by slight extrusion in this section. Removal of freewater from its surace almost completely oses its fluidity, which ensures that sludge will not be extruded in the pressing dewateringsection under normal conditions, creating conditions for smooth pressing dewatering.
Technological Process
1.Sludge flocculation
In order to improve the dewatering of sludge, improve the nature of the filter cake and increase the permeability of the material, it is necessary to carry out chemical treatment on the sludge, this machine uses the unique device of "flocculation granulation mixer in water" in order to achieve the effect of chemical dosing flocculation, this method not only has good flocculation effect, but also saves a large number of pharmaceuticals, with low operating costs and very obvious economic benefits.
2.Gravity concentration and dewatering area
The sludge is evenly fed into the mesh belt through the fabric hopper, the sludge runs forward with the filter belt, and the free water flows into the receiving tank through the sincere belt under the action of self-weight, the gravity dewatering can also be said to be the highly concentrated section, and the main function is to take off the free water in the sludge, so that the mobility of the sludge is reduced, and to make preparation for further extrusion.
3.Low-pressure/medium-pressure dewatering zone
After gravity dewatering, the sludge mobility is almost completely lost. With the forward running of the filter belt, the sludge is brought into the porous roller by the wedge zone, the spacing between the upper and lower filter belts is gradually reduced,the filtrate starts to overflow from the two sides of the filter belt, and with the running of the filter belt, the pressure is gradually increased. As the belt runs, the pressure gradually increases. The function of the wedge zone is to prolong the gravity dewatering time, increase the extrusion stability of the flocs, and prepare for entering the pressure zone.
4. To the pressure silver (or with) high-pressure dehydration area
The sludge enters the high-pressure zone after leaving the medium-pressure zone, forming the filter cake with high solid content.
