Material is the most important for the MBBR bio filter media, good and pure material can make the media longer life and easy biofilmed at short time
1. Aquasust material is Food grade , it is no Heavy Metal like Ph, Tin and others, also our materail is free of Phathalates and Plasticizers, As all we know the Phathalates and plasticizer will cause people and Animals Cancer and serious illness. Special for the MBBR media for the fish Farm, if the material is not food grade , It is not health for the fish and make the fish ill easy.
2. Aquasust MBBR media is 100% virgin HDPE, Also if the MBBR material is not 100% New HDPE, but some recycle material or some Caco3 or other filler into it, the mbbr biocarrier is easy broken and crispy, this is very danger for the drink water water treament and fish farm water treatment. HOW TO CONTROL THE MBBR MEDIA QUALITY
1. The size, weight and shape of the MBBR bio-media must be checked every two hours.
2. Control the quality of raw material of bio-media. They must use the correct HDPE, if not, it is difficult to control the shape, weight and strength of the biological media.
3. Store the biological media indoors and not in the sunlight.
HOW TO CHOOSE THE PACKAGE of MBBR BIO CARRIER
1. For export, Aquasust MBBR biocarriers are available in two packages, 0.1CBM and 1CBM per sachet.
2. For the 0.1CBM sachet, it is not really easy to pour it into the aeration tank, but if we use a conveyor belt, this can be easy.
3. For large CBM bags, it is easy to pour it in, but for a container, it will reduce the load by about 8 to 10%
4. Therefore, if we can solve the problem of pouring, we'd better pack 0.1CBM/bag.
HOW TO PRODUCE A PERFECT MBBR MEDIA BIO CARRIER
In order to get the proper design and the right shape, we need good tools and good machines. We also need proper control of the cooling system.
In order to produce the perfect k1 media filter
1. The plant must have a good machine with a well controlled cooling system. It must ensure that the MBBR biomedia coming out of the hot mold is properly cooled and keeps the right shape.
2. Good design to keep the shape.
3. The media must be strong enough so that it will not break after a few uses due to aeration.
4. It must be virgin HDPE without any fillers. Otherwise, we can look for low cost items, but they will easily rupture once in the tank, which will greatly reduce the life of the MBBR media.
5. If the RAS is for drinking water or aquaculture or fish farming, the material must be non-toxic, free of any phthalates and free of carcinogens.
6. The plant must have a machine with more than 12 meters of cooling control system, then it will make each piece of media keep the same shape. The speed of the cutting system must be high enough so that the cutting surface of the media will be flat enough. Then it will improve the biofilm efficiency of the MBBR media.
